Stephni Balzly
Stephni Balzly founded Steller Consulting after years of working senior ROW roles on utility and infrastructure projects throughout the western United States. She's spent her career doing the work — acquiring easements, coordinating with landowners, navigating permitting processes, and keeping complex projects on track when the ROW picture gets complicated.
What she's learned is that ROW work lives and dies on relationships and documentation. Landowners who feel respected move faster. Files that are complete and defensible long after construction ends. That's the standard she holds herself to on every engagement.
Stephni started Steller Consulting because she wanted to do this work on her own terms — with the freedom to be selective about the projects she takes on, the capacity to give each one real attention, and the accountability that comes with having her name on every deliverable.
